Smoked Portobello Mushroom Burgers
Inspired by classic American burgers, these vegan portobello mushroom burgers are marinated in a sweet and tangy BBQ sauce, grilled to perfection, and served on a toasted brioche bun.

- 4 caps Portobello mushrooms
- 1/4 cup Vegan BBQ sauce
- 2 tablespoons Chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon Chopped fresh basil
- 3 cloves Minced garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon Smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt-free seasoning blend
- 4 buns Vegan brioche burger buns
- 4 leaves Lettuce leaves
- 1 medium Red onion
- 2 tablespoons Vegan mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Vegan cheese shreds
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Step 1: In a small bowl, whisk together the vegan BBQ sauce, smoked paprika, and salt-free seasoning blend.
