A refreshing twist on traditional Southern Iced Tea, infused with the sweetness of ripe peaches from the rolling hills of the Ozark Mountains and the subtle tang of fresh mint from the Appalachian region. Perfect for a warm summer evening.

- 2 tsp Black tea leaves
- 3 medium Fresh peaches
- 1/4 cup Fresh mint leaves
- 1 tbsp Granulated sugar
- 6 cups Ice
- 4 slices Fresh lemon slices
- 2 cups Carbonated water
- 1 tbsp Peach syrup (optional)

Step 1: Brew the black tea leaves in a large pitcher at 200°F (93°C) for 5 minutes.

Step 2: Meanwhile, peel and slice the fresh peaches and set aside in the refrigerator.

Step 3: Rinse the fresh mint leaves and add them to the pitcher with the brewed tea.
